Company Colognia press Ltd. is growing...

Because of permanently increasing volume of production, the company decided to purchase a technology that will increase its capacity of production. Therefore during the first half of March 2008 two new machines will be put into operation.

The industrial capacity of labels without print, that are mainly intended for logistic purposes, will be increased by purchasing a cutting and creasing press. We chose a new Omega Converting Line that will increase the capacity of labels without print. The supplier of the machine is JBG International Company, which has already provided Colognia with two automatic finalizing machines.

The other machine we are about to install is Gallus EM 280. This choice carries on our company´s trend to use UV flexoprint technology with drying from a IST Company, which provides an excellent situation of paint as well as fast printing speed. This new machine is meant for both very exacting and less exacting manufacturing orders. The added value of this machine is mainly the increased production capacity and affectivity. Withal the new printing machine will support optimalization of ordered production while reaching the demanded printing quality and quality of customer service.
