DPG Certification

Germany is well-known for its thoroughness and its attitude to environment protection. A new law  came to force in 2006 in Germany, according to this law the world-wide system of returnable bottles was launched. This system solved the problem for the final consumer in a matter of returnable containers recycling. Since 2006 only covers with a special mark are accepted. The mark is printed by the special certified colour and only the certified producer is authorized to make these covers. The world-wide system affected not only the final consumer and German producers but also all the producers who imports beverage into the German market. Almost one hundred labels and cans producers from the whole EU is participated in the system. In Czech Republic there are the two companies which obtained the certification and they are entitled to print the special mark on the labels (see the picture no. 1). Our company, Colognia press, passed certification successfully and became one of the certified companies for DGP labels production.
