EDU Colognia – Education for everybody
Colognia press has joined to the project of Ministry of Employment and Social Events (hereafter MPSV) called OPL ZZ (Operational Program of Human Resources and Employment).
The global grant name: Adaptability and Competitiveness.
The area of support name: Employees adaptability increase and Business competitivness.
The process which took several months, passed through the difficult appraisal system to meet criteria of MPSV´s requirements. Due to high-quality tasks processing Colognia press was nominated and moreover in final defended the grant with success.
Target:
- The main goal of the project is to increase knowledge and abilities of employees and management at all company levels which allows to extend their qualification and position at labour market.
- Long-term education system formation, needed methodology and manual books creation including.
- System of education appraisal connected with wage and motivational system of company.
- Education realization for all the employees in the following areas: communication, presentation, dealing with customers, PC abilities, language skills, SW/HW using in production, the newest technologies using, etc.
- Methods of Human Resources direction and preparation of management of each single departments to be able to cope with the role of internal „coach“ and evaluator for their work teams.
- The leadtime of the whole project is VIII, 2009 – VII, 2011
As follows from the project name „EDU Colognia – Education for everybody“, the project will affect the whole company and all the departments. All the employees are involved in the program.
Education support and qualification extending is a very important and substantial factor for our company. It goes together with the long-term program of Colognia press.
