„Jurmet“ new converting line for labels production

Work effectiveness, production capacity and continuously high quality of
our products are the main objectives of our production.
One of the ways how to reach these targets are investments into new, more powerful technology.
Such investment is realized these days: new converting line Jurmet Roter.

Of  course even after choosing this type of  a machine,  it was necessary to tune the equipment of the machine, to make sure it is maximally suitable for its processing purpose.  We chose a processing width of 350 mm that covers all processed materials and allows to choose  magnetic rollers, cutting tools and other machinery. Making its setting up easier the machine is provided with a touch-controlled display allowing an easy defining of the order parameters and a possibility of storing this data to the memory of the machine, which makes it possible, if needed, the complete order can be attracted from the memory. This makes the standardization of the order possible and faster. The machine is also equipped  with a few counters for measuring any material. If we add to these characteristics also the speed of 300 bm/min, which was announced by the producer of the machine, there are all reasons to believe, that the Jurmet machine is a suitable machinery to compete a portfolio of our production and to fulfill the most demanding needs of our customers.
